However, sleep deprivation has drastic effects on the body. Unfortunately, most of these effects are ignored and thought to be a result of something else. Sleep is necessary for the human body to gain composure and energy. Therefore, you should never compromise on proper sleep. Let’s look at some of the scary effects of sleep deprivation:


You may have noticed that whenever you get less sleep you tend to be more cranky and aggressive. This is because sleep is directly linked to frequent outbursts of anger. Cardiovascular diseases are more common than ever. Most people are unaware of how sleep is linked to this. If you deprive your body of sleep, the cardiovascular system undergoes extreme stress. In other words, depriving your body of sleep is likely to cause cardiovascular problems, like blood pressure irregularity and may even cause heart attacks.
