1. Bananas

2. Salmon
If you are having trouble falling asleep at night, you may want to consider cooking some salmon for dinner. They have the carbs that your body needs to feel full as well as plenty of potassium. Papaya, lima beans, and even regular potatoes will help out with these nutrients as well.
